Nano-trypsy™
Nano-trypsy™ are nano sized magnetic particles coated with trypsin.
These particles are able to digest simple or complex protein mixes. Due to it magnetic properties they are very easy to separate from the supernatant.
Nano scale size turns this particles into a new and improved device to preform protein digestion with high efficiency.
Cleanator™
Cleanator™ are composed by magnetic functionalized beads which can bind specifically DNA.
These ready to use magnetic beads, are used for high efficient purification of PCR products from excess of dNTP, primers, salts, and enzymes. The purification with Cleanator™ magnetic beads is performed in three steps:
- Binding step: Cleanator™ magnetic beads binds to DNA to be purify;
- Washing step: Removal of excess of PCR impurities with a specific buffer;
- Elution step: Purified DNA is released from Cleanator™ magnetic beads;
Cleanator™ permit to obtain a high purified DNA for subsequent use.
